Today was the first day of O's! :)
Compo was very enjoyable! For letter writing I spent a LOT of time deciding whether to use FORMAL format or INFORMAL format. (letter writing) It was so annoying! But I got through just fine. Threw in a few nonsense words to wow the examiner...
And the enjoyable part was writing my free writing section. I chose the question "write about a time when an attempt to help resulted in unexpected consequences for the helper". So my storyline was thus:
1) I was in an unshakeably good mood that Saturday
2) I had eggs, bacon, toast and orange juice for breakfast (I said that just to connect with my dear examiners hahaha)
3) I decided to go to the park
4) I was humming tunelessly to myself and cheerfully greeting everyone
5) Suddenly I saw a hulking giant of a boy walking down the pavement towards me
6) I immediately shied to the side
7) This was the leader of the "motorbike gang" that regularly hung out in the neighbourhood
8) His name was CLARENCE KOK (I'm serious)
9) He is well known for his unpredictable fury
10) I continue to the park
11) At the entrance, I see this heavily tattooed girl with piercings all over
12) Her ankle is grotesquely twisted
13) Because of my exceptionally good mood, I decide to help her
14) We are walking along when suddenly someone punches me
15) Ooops forgot to mention that I'm a muscular, tall boy of 18
16) Apparently the girl's boyfriend thought I was "messing with his girl"
17) The boyfriend is.... you guessed it
18) Which is why I almost get beaten up
19) Luckily he calms down and his minions let me go
20) Which is why, ma'am, I cannot help you
HAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA. I was laughing sooooo much as I was writing this! The examiner who was walking past turned around to stare at me -.-

I'm doing fine thanks.
I can't wait for the O's to arrive! It's been long overdue -.- we should have taken it so long ago. Now all we're doing is WAIT.... I'm kinda looking forward to it, in a way... I'm gonna meet this challenge face on! :D I'm gonna DEMOLISH THE PAPERS!!!! :D
Haha yesterday Mrs Chan gave us brownies and barley water! :) And today, Ms Ho gave us coffee flavoured biscuits and pizza. The teachers are spoiling us, honestly. But I don't mind. Not at all :D
Tuition tomorrow! Thank goodness the essay I have to memorise is really short:) Else I'll just die :(
CHELSEA 4 ATLETICO MADRID 0!!! I'm so happy:D The first thing I did when I got up yesterday was check the score on my phone. Then I went down and announced it. And my mum thought I stayed up till 4 to watch the match-.- Like hello the latest time I will start watching a match is 11-1130 maybe? Definitely won't stay up till 2am la.
EEEEEEE Singapore Idol just gets better and better! But what's annoying me is that all the females are getting out and the guys are staying when obviously the females are better... Haha yes I'm sexist. LOL! NO la I'm just stating facts. I mean, SOMEbody ought to have long gone now, but because he has such a HUGE fan base, namely his schoolmates/ family/ cousins/ relatives etc, he KEEPS GETTING INTO THE NEXT ROUND-.- -.- -.- seriously....
Anyway, everyone, SUPPORT TABITHA NAUSER!!!!.......who happens to look a lot like Francel....
She's the best singer in the competition! :)

Lamentations aside, I must say that 4O's form teachers are really the best! Yesterday Mrs Chan bought us sushi rolls because she thought we were studying very hard (which we were)! It was soooo nice of her! Then after that Mr Lim came out and gave us A WHOLE BOX OF GUYLIAN CHOCOLATES!!!! D; and one grape each. Hahaha. And then later he gave us a packet of chips:) Like seriously, both of them are sooo nice:)

LOL! Today was hilarious! :D Last day of school = GO CRAZY DAY!!!! :D:D:D
I was a bit late today because during breakfast I was reading the newspaper and got carried away. And on the way to school I meet Klarissa Khor and Jac! LOL! I thought Klarissa was always early-.- But it turns out that there was a politically sensitive issue brewing. Hmm and when we got to school there was prayer meeting and I prayed that we'd all demolish the paper! :D
Then during assembly we sang REALLY LOUDLY! Especially the school song. And we greeted really loudly too :D Then after assembly we decided to hold hands and walk back to class, greeting any teacher in sight very loudly. The greeting stopped after a while cos it was really kinda weird but the rest was quite fun! Then we had eng for like, 20 mins before Ms Chuah gave up her lesson for Mrs Chan cos she wanted to talk to us. And Mrs Chan gave quite a touching speech and then gave us this heart pendant with our name engraved on it! So sweet.... :)And it was so funny cos she left Jo's pendant in the bag and so she finished calling everyone except Jo. And when she said 'okay that's all!' Jo looked so shocked and sad. And I was like oh nooo. So I raised my hand and told her that Jo didn't get it and Mrs Chan quickly found hers and hugged Jo to reassure her that she had not been forgotten. For some reason I found that strangely touching...
Then we went off to the com lab. When we passed the lockers people started taking out cameras. I asked Klarissa (prefect) if she would book me if i took out my phone and she said no. Then I got so happy and told Eva but she said NO. -.-
We did some survey thing in the com lab, and I finished my survey earlier. Then I found the Barbie Girl song on the computer terminal and started blasting the song and singing to it! HAHA! By this time most of the class had left, so only people like Xiaoting, Ong, Eva Klarissa Jia etc were left. And they were exasperated :D But Ms Kek came out and scolded us cos she was trying to mark papers. Hahahahahaha.
I was still singing as we walked out. As we passed 4E on the way back to class we saw Mr Lim teaching 4E! So we started waving at him from outside and he took forever to see us and wave back -.-
We got back to class. And this is where we really went crazy.
there was no teacher in class. First we did the hokey pokey, led by Gerou and Klarissa. That boosted our adrenaline levels. Then we moved on to flea fly mosquito/motor car. Then we went REALLY crazy and started putting our arms around each others' shoulders in a circle and DANCING AROUND THE CLASSROOM singing john jacob. It was so totally funny my face was screwed up with laughter. Then we did thousand legged worm! Around the class again.
Some smart girl suggested doing what our class does best: mass evacuations to the toilet! So we all held hands, and marched out of class singing the school song! Everyone thought we were crazy la! Then we dawdled outside the class for a while and then went back to class! And Ms Ng was there and so we had bio.
Onglai had her phone so I was playing with it during Bio. Then I found the camera! I took a picture of Ms Ng and then the phone made this VERY LOUD "TSHCHIK" SOUND. Onglai and I were like OH GOSH but strangely enough, no one seemed to hear. Then I was trying to switch off the sound but ended up taking more photos instead -.- So finally it was recess. We decided to eat as a class.
We moved many tables together and sat around and someone brought out a cake because it was Jo's birthday. Then we sang again because it was Fern's birthday. Then Ho. Then Tongli. And dunno who else. Then Gerou wanted to sing for the whole 4o but Eva stopped her HAHAHAHA.
Then there was a lot of leftover cake and so we played scissors paper stone/some other game to see who would eat one slice. I ended up eating 3 :(
After recess we had our baccalaureate service in the chapel:) During worship Ms Ho sounded rather fierce! Haha I didn't notice until afterwards Mill said that she sounded like she was going to war! LOL! Eva was supposed to lead in the school song but she didn't even know! Until she saw "MISS Eva Cheung" in the programme booklet -.-
They gave us calendars! With each class having one month :) 4o is on the March page. The calendar is really nice but Mr Lim for some reason wasn't there-.- Hahahha. He said it would help us to remember the person who's not there (?)
We had phototaking after the service! I kept yelling for everyone to take a long time (there was still chinese afterwards).
me: Take a long time! Don't hurry!
eva: sauyee shuddup!
me: Take....20 photos! 20 20 20!!!
eva: SAUYEE!
gerou: eh take it at the side of the chapel k?
someone else: no la take it outside!
me: Take very long to decide! Take very very long!
eva: HAIYA SHUSH!
hahahaha. So we took the pictures and after that gerou wanted to take a Snew '16 photo (our project work group in sec 1) and nobody had a camera so we borrowed onglai's phone and luckily gerou didn't book:D
Finally, we went back to class. I couldn't concentrate anyway. I was using Onglai's phone again. Messing around. Haha.
After Chinese I made a video for Onglai (farewell kinda thing, you know?) and then she left. Klarissa Mak Jia and Limrui were going to the parents' corner so I followed them! I drank soya milk :D it was surprisingly nice. Then we were trying to aim the empty carton drinks at the bin XD I was the first to get mine in! :D:D:D
And I saw Jo and I kept doing the nobody dance for her. Hahahaha don't ask me why it was just very random.
Went back to class, did a bit of work then went for project care but we were seriously stuffed. After eating AGAIN we were EVEN MORE STUFFED -.- So stuffed that Klarissa and I fell asleep. Hehe.
Well. I think that was the end of an epic day. Oh, I used my phone in class to blast music. Heh. We can break the rules all we want with no one to book us cos school is officially over for us! :)
